Service Description

This 90 minute session, led by Denetrya, will be sure to evoke all senses. You will be guided through the physical poses (asanas), breath-work (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), aromatherapy, beach clean up and so much more. Hollywood Beach Florida From I-95, take Sheridan exit then head East to A1A. Head north to Perry Street. Park, Pay, & Enter on Perry Entrance. Located in front of the lifeguard stand.
